Liah Kraft-Kristaine, the founder and Executive Director of Success Star Institute, was featured in a recent book:  "The Venus Approach to Real Estate Investing: America's Most Successful Women Real Estate Investors Tell All"

Liah has successfully invested in real estate since 1985. Starting in 2007, she has coached and been a consultant to real estate investors across North America. 

In the course of her real estate investing, she has bought, fixed and sold, been a landlord, and has also designed and built homes. She has learned to "hands on" build all systems in a house: Heating/Ventilating/Air Conditioning, plumbing, and electrical.

She has filmed the building of a large house where she personally constructed all major aspects of the building project: from digging footings to building walls to installing all internal systems to laying stone floors. Her film is intended to be used in future training classes to empower women to build their own homes.
